Information Audit — $4,500

We conduct a comprehensive review of the information relevant to your decision or situation. We compile it into a document. The document is accurate, organized, and complete. It contains no recommendations. It contains no section titled "Implications." It contains information. Turnaround: 10 business days.

Clients sometimes ask if we can add a "What This Means" section. We cannot. We can add a "What Others Have Said This Means" section, sourced from publicly available commentary. We are neutral about the commentary.

Framework Introduction Session — $2,200

A half-day session in which we introduce your team to relevant analytical frameworks. We present each framework neutrally, including its limitations and critics. We do not indicate which framework we believe is most applicable. If asked, we introduce the framework for choosing between frameworks. We do not recommend that one either.

Stakeholder Listening Session — $3,000/day

We facilitate. Stakeholders speak. We record who said what. We produce a document. The document is a transcript organized by speaker. There is no synthesis. There is no "Key Themes" section. There is no "Areas of Alignment." There is a transcript, organized chronologically or alphabetically — your choice. We are neutral about that choice too.

Ongoing Information Retainer — $8,000/month

We remain available to deliver information as you need it. You ask questions. We find accurate answers. We deliver the answers. We do not answer questions that begin "Should I..." or "What do you think about..." — we redirect those to information-gathering questions we can answer. Most clients find this useful once they adjust to the format.
